All orders are posted between normal business hours Monday to Friday.
As all of our products are made to order, the process times may vary. Please allow up to 10 working days from date of purchase before postage.
Any differences in process time will be stated in the product description.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Due to the nature of package, a signature will be required on delivery. If your package is not signed for upon delivery, a note will be left at your address with instructions to arrange redelivery. We will not send parcels over £50 without a signature service.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame expected. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch (make sure you watch out for that dispatch email). Róisín Reuss does not hold the responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

When ordering products from our website for delivery abroad, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes appropriate to the destination country. Please note that Róisín Reuss does not hold responsibility for shipping delays caused by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from international to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes, delays, nor any extra tax fees, customs or back in charges, once the package has exited our studio.
If your order is returned to us and needs to be re-shipped, then you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
Please note we are only able to accept returns and offer refunds for those orders placed through our website.
As all items are made to order especially for you, we hope you love your items as much as we do. But if you are unhappy with your purchase, they can be returned or exchanged, providing they follow all guidelines listed below.
Please note, any bespoke or personalised orders can not be returned or refunded.
  • Email us at within 14 days from when you received your item(s), quoting your order number and request to either refund or exchange. We will then give you full details on how to return your item(s) to us.
  • Past the grace period of 14 days from when you received your order, we cannot offer you a refund.
  • You must return the item(s) in the same condition that you received them, with their original packaging and swing tags in place. For any garments that require a hygiene label, you are required not to remove the hygiene label when examining the item.
  • The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
  • Returns lost in the post are not the responsibility of Róisín Reuss.
  • We strongly advise that you return your parcel tracked and get a proof of postage slip to ensure we receive your parcel. 
  • Alternatively, if you wish to exchange item(s), subject to stock availability, we will do our best to exchange your items. You will be charged for shipment.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s) we will assess it and notify you about whether we are accepting the product for return. A refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. 

    We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following:
    • If the items are personalised in any way or have been purchased through our bespoke service. 
    • We are unable to refund face-masks due to hygiene reasons.
    • We cannot offer any refunds or exchanges on any items bought in a 'Sale'.
